Each artwork is carefully packed to ensure full protection from water damage and bending. All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the artwork's size and destination country.

Returns

Each of my watercolor paintings is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted artwork, created with great care and attention to detail. Due to the unique and delicate nature of original artworks, I do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures that every piece remains in pristine condition and is never resold after being handled or shipped multiple times.I want you to feel confident in your purchase, so if you have any questions about a painting, need additional photos, or want to discuss details before ordering, feel free to reach out!

Damage 

I take great care in packaging my original watercolor paintings to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at akvarelldesign@gmail.com. A partial or full refund may be issued.
