By accessing this website or purchasing any course from Katerina Kolberg, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or purchase a course.

Intellectual property

All course content — videos, written materials, illustrations, reference photos, printable outlines, and the Lightform Watercolor Method itself — is the property of Katerina Kolberg / AkvarellDesign and is protected by copyright.

Purchasing a course gives you a personal license to use this material for your own learning and practice. It does not transfer ownership or grant you the right to reproduce, resell, or redistribute the course content itself.

Artwork created directly from the botanical outlines provided with a course is for personal learning and practice only, and may not be sold, licensed, reproduced for commercial use, or used on products. The skills and techniques you learn are yours to use freely — original artwork you create from your own references and compositions is entirely your own, and can become part of your portfolio, products, commissions, or creative business.

Course access

"Lifetime access" means no expiration date and no renewal fee, for as long as the course exists on the platform it's hosted on. Access is for your personal, individual use — course logins are not to be shared or transferred.

Purchases and payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal; AkvarellDesign does not store your full payment details.

Refunds and your right to cancel

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you decide a course isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase, provided you haven't progressed beyond Unit 2, and we'll issue a full refund.

Separately, if you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may also have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital purchases under EU consumer protection law. By completing your purchase and accessing the course content immediately, you acknowledge that you are requesting instant access to digital content, and that you thereby consent to the immediate start of that content and lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access has begun, in accordance with applicable law. Our own 14-day guarantee above applies regardless.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site or its content in any way that is unlawful, or to attempt to copy, resell, or redistribute course materials outside the license granted to you above.

No guarantee of results

We're glad to share students' outcomes and achievements as examples of what's possible, but individual results vary. Completing a course does not guarantee any particular artistic, professional, or financial outcome.

Limitation of liability

Katerina Kolberg is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its courses, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
