Transparent Flowers for Gift Sets
Rituals licensed my existing Transparent Flower illustrations for their 2024 exclusive gift set collection. Seven illustrations — each recoloured in a monochromatic palette to match a specific fragrance in the range.
About the project
When existing artwork finds its perfect home
Rituals — the Dutch luxury beauty and lifestyle brand — discovered my Transparent Flower illustrations and chose to license them for their exclusive 2024 gift set collection. No brief, no commission. The artwork already existed and already fit.
Each of the seven illustrations was adapted into a monochromatic colour palette — one colour per fragrance. The transparency of the original watercolor technique made this transformation seamless: the delicate petal structure remained fully visible regardless of the colour applied.
